Rules & Regulations

General

  • Parents must not enter the classroom to see their wards or teacher during class hours. They can only meet the teacher on parent teacher meeting or during recess.
  • Parents are required to inform the school if there is any change in their address or telephone numbers. Half day leaves should be avoided as far as possible for security reasons.
  • Children when sick should not be sent to school, for any specific medical problem, the parents must inform the school authority prior to the session.
  • Any communication by the parents should be addressed to the school within three days.

Leave Rules:

  • Leave of any nature is granted to the student after prior written request by the parents. Any other leave of absence during academic year is normally not granted except on emergency and exceptional circumstances or on medical grounds

Withdrawal Rules:

  • If a parent wants to withdraw his ward, an application for withdrawal should be sent to the principal well in advance. If a withdrawal in made after the beginning of the term, the parent will be liable to pay the full term fee.

Admission Procedure:

  • The Registration of a student seeking admission and his appearance at the Admission Test does not automatically entitle him / her for admission.
    The lowest age for admission to nursery class is 3 years. During admission parents have to give all the authentic records likeDate of Birth Certificate or Transfer Certificate from previous school, Snaps, Address, Telephone number etc. as desired by the school. Parents and guardians must ensure that these entries are correctly supplied at the time of admission.

Indisciplinary act and objectianable practices:

  • Non observance of the school rules by commission or omission, defiance of authorities and any sort of misbehavior towards authorities.
  • Instigating, abetting or indulging in any act of omission detrimental to the institution or student community.
  • Theft, cheating malpractices in the examination, misrepresentation, impersonation, forgery, perjury, extortion etc.
  • Rowdyism, bullying, ragging, hooliganism or bringing any sort of weapon.
  • Moral turpitude, arrogant behavior.
  • Indulging in or instigating for violence in any form.
  • Use of any drug or intoxicants except on prescription by a Doctor/ Physician.Smoking, truancy or aimless loitering.
  • Disfiguring or otherwise damaging school property. Spitting o creating any filth in the campus.
  • Practice of casteism, communisms and untouchability.
