Infrastructure

Our school has in excellent and beautiful infrastructure with a three starry building comprises approx 30 rooms. All rooms are equipped with green board, comfortable chairs and spacious study tables. Almost all rooms are airy and ventilated.

Computer Education

Teaching is an art and nothing can entirely replace a teacher. But today’s society is an extent information society in which technological development can create a culture, diversifying the source of knowledge and learning. Sources distribution of information have developed in a spectacular fashion almost everywhere computers the fastest means of information has brought the world into the class room. This school has more than 25 computers where students learn the latest development around the world. Media revolution and information technology helps students meet challenging standards, improve learning and a better understanding skills to use this new tool in the class room in the laboratories, at home and when one is on the move. Given the considerable quantity of information network accurate navigation through knowledge becomes a precondition to knowing.

Library

Library being an essential part of any institution, Kishori International School, Chirawa provides the facility of a spacious upto date Library to its students. There are more than 3500 books in the library on various subjects,and more over the content is related to the school curriculam. To keep up pace with the fast emerging changes and lastest developments, the book are added on a reqular basis with jorunals and periodicals on literature science, social science, maths and technology. Books are best friend for anyone who have an unceasing lust for knowledge in all areas, to quench their anxiety the library staff endeavours to provide students with opportunites to learn how to utilize materials in a variety of formats to access information so that they can continue lifelong learnings.

Laboratories

Learning skills are only used when students are put in a practical room. There is a basic difference between theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Identification of various types of apparatus is only possible when good laboratories are available. This school has five laboratories viz physics, chemistry, life science, maths and English spoken. Students remember quickly when they handle equipments themselves.

Physical and Health Education

A healthy mind resides in a healthy body with this point of view school has facilitated different outdoor and indoor games under the proper and expertise guidance of physical teacher for the students to groom their overall personality and may have their identity on the international level. The standard of physical fitness is maintained through proper check up by expert doctors invited from the city. Physical training is a regular feature in the school routine.

Music

Music is soothing and pleasant to the ear and one can enjoy the melodious songs vibrating in the air through the hearts of students. The school has well experienced music teacher who teaches music to the students. Music room is equipped with various types of instruments where students learn and play the instruments. Students are provided vocal and instrumental music facilities. Music is an activity which helps a student to develop cultural bonding and helps a student in their complete development. So, the Music activity is the integral part of the school curiculum. The school has a separate spacious room for music and instrumental training. The school provides training in instruments like: Casio, Congo, Harmonium, Tabla, Sitar, Guitar etc. The School has highly experienced faculty for music & Instruments.

Dance

Facility of dancing also providing to the students under the supervision of a dance teacher. They try to associate the rhythm of life with the help of various poses of their faces, limbs, legs and expressions.

House system

In a good public school, house system is a must. It creates an environment of competition among the students of their own house with the students of their houses. Every house tries to win and beg the prizes and earns credit for cock house in academics, games, co curricular and sports. Transport

Buses are the Lifeline of Kishori International School. The School has a fleet of 11 buses covering the distance in the radius of 25 kms, in and around Chirawa city. This fleet of buses covers more than 40 Villages and Towns. Around 250 students of the nearby villages are benefited to take quality english medium education by the transport facility of KIS. KIS offers free Transport facility to the students on the main roads of chirawa city. Bus charges varies according to the route and distance covered. The school buses are manned by highly trained and well – behaved drivers.
